The sudden agitation on the part of the British Government regarding the reform to be executed iu Asia Minor by Turkey in terms of the Anglo-Tutkieh convention and the despatch of the British Squadron to Vourlah seem to have roused the suspicions of both Turks and Russians and wo learn by a late telegram that the Russian Ambassador in London has been recalled.
