What facilities have the Government provided to the boys of the village artisans to learn the trades and occupations of their fore—fathers and to improve their languishing cottage indust [...] Plitiming niay be defined as the conscious regulation of the activities of the members of a community with a view to secure the best utilisation of the productive and other resources and thereby effect an increase in the physical mental social and economic wellbeing of the community as a whole.
