What we want is the improvement of the rural population in all its aspects and to provide our villages with those amenities which will change the drudgery of village life to pleasure and convert the villagers into ever improving country gentlemen who both from the point of view of material comfort as well as of the freshness and fitness of body and mind would become the envy of the town dweller.
