Judge and decided that the Judicial Committee had no authority to enquire into the matter of the charges since the Society was in no way bound to the idea of the existence of the Masters. [...] Those seated at the upper part of the amphitheatre see beyond the windbreak the Adyar River and to the left far off the yellow sand of the sea and past that the blue of the Bay of Bengal and the white of the surf at the river's mouth. [...] How shall the Masters be contacted ? Not by study alone but by theurgy by learning to produce a " work of the gods ". The interested reader is urged to consult the Glossary under the term " Theurgist " and see if somthing in the description of the " creation of gods " does not strike him as appropriate to the case of H.P. [...] On the whole the replies are not much of a help and reveal that the Young Theosophists are " undecided as to the trend of interest of today's youth and cannot put down any concrete ideas which would be suitable to send to you ". Curiously the letter of the President has thrown a challenge to the Young Theosophists and made them cosider the matter. [...] The N. Ireland Y. T. suggest a book entitled The Spirit of the Camp-Fire in which the different responsibilities of the individual are to be dealt with bringing out the freedom of the countryside and written in an informal and chatty manner.
