Prima facie the attitude of India and the U. K. which have recognised the Communist Government in China will be dictated by the fact that de facto control of Formosa having passed into the hands of China after the war the delay in the completion of the legal formalities for assumption of Chinese suzerainty would not be a sufficient pretext to reopen the main question in a manner that would confli [...] Folloing on the surrender of Japan the Chinese Goverment of the day assumed with the consent of the remaining Allies the provisional administration bf the territory pending the final determination of its status at a peace settlement. [...] " Not all the remaining Allies have recognised the Central People's Government as the Government of China and for this reason and because of the prvisional nature of the present administration of Formosa it is the hope of H.M. [...] The project constitutes one of the basic units in the industrial structure of Brazil and it is epected to provide a major portion of the domestic rquirements of steel and to stimulate the growth of engineering industries. [...] It lays down the physical and chemical requirements of the various grades of the ore and detailed methods of analysis for the determination of the ingredients.
