As the discontent over the rice scarcity in Madras in the midst of theSlenty of wheat stocks had demonstrated the state can never attempt to satisfy the variety of the food requirements of the people of this vast country by the inevitably dull uniformity of its arrangements. [...] RHEE'S REGIME OF REPRESSION On top of the anxiety over the failure of the truce talks at Pan Mun Jon and the muddle over the control of Communist prisoners in Koje island there has now come the report about the recurrence of Dr. [...] Clause 6 of the Bill provides for the termination of a Commission at the discretion of the appropriate Government but this may run counter to the obligation cast oil it to appoint a Commission on the resolution of the Legislature if the power is used to interrupt the proceedings of such a Commission abruptly.
