mist Unemployingqi g the Educated (Continued from the June issue)` The Reorganization of the Educetienal Systein THIS is largely a question of the reorientation of our edecational aims and policies so as to effect a radical changg in the structure contents and methods of our national educational system. [...] The character quality and volume of supply of the products of our educational factories in their different stages and grades must be so regulated It% to be In equilibrium with the demand for them arising out of the progressive development of the different deparments of our 'national life. [...] In the framing and carrying out of such a plan of eductional reconstruction the principal Inn that should be kept steadily in view is that the products of our educational institutions must fit in with the requiments of all-round economic and social progress of a great modern nation. [...] In view of this advance it is all the more ditressing that provincial Governments with the possible exception of Madras and the Punjab have done but little to correct the disproportion in expenditure on the education of the sexes. [...] Jones cites some of the more important contributorto the study of religion and psychoanalysis especially the work of Reik ROheim Levy lipwenstein and As Jones observes the outstanding diffeence4 are plain enough such as the social charater of religion as contrasted with the individual character of the neurosis the tremendous diffeences in the sense of 'value and so on.
