THE review by the Government of His Highness the Nizam of the administration report of the Department of Education for the fasli year 1322 makes it clear that in spite of the large amount spent on eduction it is scarcely making any headway. The objects of the Association are thus mainly if not wholly of a medical character and the Association might well have [...] His Excellency the Governor who presided on the occasion referred to the fourfold co.-operation which dominated the work carried on by the College and to the study of the vernacular language and orietal history and traditions and said : "The first was the co-operation of races the second the coperation of sexes and the third is the co-opertion in the College Societies and the fourth c[...] The Diwan of Travancore who opened the Exhibition congratulated the organisers and in the course of which he said : " I wish also to impress upon you the teachers of the elementary schools assembled here the supreme importance of making the best use of your present opportunities. [...] THE constitution of the Syndicate for the year x915 which became complete after the election of the representatives of the Senate *sacs.
