A counter rcords the number of revolutions of the drum and the rise in temperature of the drum and the contained water i§ measured by a sensitive thermometer. [...] If that is to be so we must all of us learn to know and to appreciate each other we must study the history and the wonderful literature of India and we must study the history of England and the history of the British Empire. [...] The following is the report of the Board of Report of the Board of Accounts Accounts to which reference was made above. [...] The Registrar placed before the Senate the prceedings of the Board of Accounts dated March 27th and April 14th 1915 and the reports of the Accounts Sub-Committee dated May 5th and June 29th 1915 together with the resolutions of We Syndicate thereon. [...] The next motion which followed in consequence of the Budget being finally approved by the Senate was the following e--" That the Bum d of Accounts be directed to draft detailed rules for the prepartion of the Budget its submission to the Syndicate and Senate and its discussion by the Senate."
