We admit that the absence of meetings and demonstrtions should not necessarily be considered as signs of absence of liveliness of the Congress but we hold that to prove that there is life in the Congress it is absolutely necessary to show that the activities of the Congress have been progresing towards the solution of the problems of the country. [...] It cannot also be denied that the whole-hearted unity is the first thing ;which is necessary for procuring political independence of an armless nation and that the primary aim of political idependence should be the solution of the economical pverty of the people. [...] But when we find just the contrary mere honeyed and clever words cannot resist the people of the country from concluding that both the leaders and the statesmen who are guiding the pNiey of the governmental administration are useless and their machneries viz.: the Congress and the Government are absolutely lifeless with regard to the useful requirements of the country. [...] He must know that misleading the innocent people in any way is the greatest of the sins for a leader of a country and that there shall be a day when he will have to stand the punishment for the same. [...] And in April 1938 he was one of the five experts who were picked to go to Amrica and Canada and start the arrangements for the manufacture and purchase of waplanes there for the use of the Royal Air Force.
