If the British authorities fail to maintain the race of the human-kind any longer we are afraid the laws which govern the method of night following the day and the day following the night have ordained the crumbling of the British Empire into %number of pieces. [...] Thirdly they demand the transference of the responsibilities of legislation and administration of India to those of the Indians who know what are the real potentialities of India as well as the way of developing the aforesaid potentialties to such an extent as may assure minimum ronomical requirements to every one of the entire humakind and who know how to educate the people with the method [...] If any attempt is to be made to raise the natural fertility of land with the idea of 1developing the potentiality of India for the object of assuring the minimum requirment of life to everyone of the entire humankind the first thing that will be necessary is the removal of interferences with the natural currents of rivers. [...] The talk about the division of India simply proves that the authors have not the slightest idea of the way of solution of the economical problems of this diuntry as well as of those of le rest of the world. [...] After the Marshal Petain fall of the despised politician Laval Admiral Darlan has been given the task of breaking the aged Marshal's word of bonen{ by placipg at the disposal of the 'conqueror' first the French factories then the French bases fh Africa and Syria and finally the very lives of the soldiers.
