A. But the soul of the Democracy the real freedom of the people are practically crushed under the cumulative weight of the number and variety of its Safeguards and Reservations Checks and Balances devised by a spirit of distrust permeating the entire scheme: And this inspite of the repeated pledges and promises given by „ the British Parliament to India that her coming reform should give` the [...] These treaties lay down the principles of Minority Protection to which all members of the League of Nations are expected to conform in the treatment of their own respective minorities by a special Resolution adopted at the third Assembly of the League in 1922 as the outcome of a protracted debate on the subject and reaffirmed in October 1933 at the fourteenth meeting of the League. [...] In addition to the notorious activities of the rogues and the rebels the negligence on the part of the citizens in general in carrying out their duties to the state properly (e.g. [...] He should possess a gonad knowledge of the method of training an army and of gathering information of the movements and the ;:attics of the enemies by introducing the system of spies. [...] For example the doctrines of the removal of the dead corpse and of biding the unseen part of the body are accepted by all the people.
