A limited number of journals like some of the journals of Northern France had left their homes in the continent and taken shelter in London on the eve of the war just continued to exist at the time when war prevailed. [...] In Rangoon during the Bose regime the Telegu paper Andhra 31ilra the Tamil Irrawaddy Patrika and the Hindi Prahi Prakash appeared under the names of the Swatantra the Hindasthan and the Azad Hind.
