[...] He is aware of the fact but is definitely of the opinion that the demands of the home market should not be allowed to come in the way of the " essential task of stimulating exports. [...] One of the major causes of the rise in the cost of manufactured goods has been the mistaken policy of the Government in regard to wages and other payments to industrial workers. [...] The vicious circle is created by the desire and the determination to govern and aminister the country on the basis of the status quo.
