[...] Illustrative matter should not be sent in the form of unarranged drawings or iii photographs but be definitely arranged or allocated by the author as so many text-figures or plates as the case may be having due regard to the size nd shape of the page of the Journal and the capacity of the drawings or hotos for reduction. [...] Demands for reprints additional to the above must be forwarded at the time of submission of the article for publication or of the galley iDroof and will be charged for at the following rates :— COST OF COVER EXTRA. [...] The iodine value of the unsaponifiable matter was determined by the Rosenmund and Kuhnheim's method and the iodine value of the glycerides was calculated from the iodine values of the whole oil and of the unsaponifiable fraction. [...] The moisture content of the oil was estimated from the loss in weight on drying the oil at the temperature of boiling water taking the necessary precations for obviating chances of oxidation of the oil and consequent gain in weight.
