Some of the students of the Law College may be expected to possess extraordinary mental gifts and they may be ale to contribute illuminating articles on legal subjects."2 LAW COLLEGE MAGAZINE The third of the objects of the founders of the Magazine indicates some feeling of discomfort amongst the students regarding the managment of the Law College but it is to be remembered that no human instit [...] From the nature of things he is somewhat deficient in the material of deep thought which originates through a vital connection between the soul and the graver realities of life and such a connection is the result of time and experience and is only as yet establishing itself for the student who is entering on the threshold of life and is not as yet under the controlling influence of the graver re [...] The questions therefore have come to the forefront and India to-day is particularly interested in every one of them—Are the British Dominions persons in International Law ? What is the position of the Crown ? Will the whole of the Empire be involved in a war when a part is ? What is the significance and extent of the Treaty-powers of the Dominions—now that the right has been extended to definitel [...] In the League meetings Canada and Ireland have more than once repudiated the claim of the British representative to'act as a spokesman for the seven representatives of the Governments of the Empire ; and in open sittings Canada supported Japan over the dispute on Article 10 of the Covenant and she and South Africa championed the case of South Albania. [...] The instinct of workmanship" lie says "brought the life of mankind from the brute to the human and in all the later growth of culture it has never ceased to pervade the works of man." To preserve and utilise that instinct is one of the most difficult problems of mass production and of industrial psychology to-day.
