The Governing Body should lose no time in securing a permanent playing ground for the College and steps should be taken to make sports and games available for each and every student especially in view of the fact that the report of the Students' Welfare Comittee of the University reveals an appalling state of things regarding the gradual deteriortion of the health of Bengalee students.
