[...] But vested interests and earth hunger and greed for power stand in the way of the attempt at the realisation of Lord Cecil's scheme."2 VITTYASAGAR COLLEGE MAGAZINE Bengal Secondary Education Bill : We emphatically endorse the observations of the Committee of the Syndicate of the Calcutta University which very carefully cosidered the Bill in all its aspects.
