Frick Nazi Minister of the interior : The dominant principle is now to be service to and identity with the state not the liberal theory of individual thought ; the youth must be taught that he is one of the 100 000 000 German family a third of whom are outside the frontiers : he must be reared to a readiness to bear arms and to do the will not of his parents but of the state.
