People were animated by the World Spirit although their world was narrow there was no division in the society of scholars and teachers and the new spirit of enquiry and question found inspiration in the work of the 'civilised' Greek as well as in the work of the scholars of the time. [...] The intellectual training of the absolutely capable but more even than capability the absolutely truthful lawyer and the intellectual training of the bold and aspiring Vedantin are those which come nearest to the Homoeopathic phsician's mental equipment and between the two I should say that Vedantie ideas are more helpful to the Homoepathic physician for the truth side of the matter an [...] Is not the whole of Homoeopathy the practical application of the great Doctrine of the Upanishadic seers who described God as "smaller than the smallest but mightier than the mightiest" ? He who has trained himself to master and to dominate the senses in him has released his inner forces from the constraints of the physical plane and his identifcation with the suffering of the sick truer hi [...] One of the fundamental diferentia of Homoeopathy is the vehicularisation of the nerve current and he who has understood the rationale should accept the prohibitions of Homoeopathy in the matter of stimulants and intoxicants etc. [...] The extent to which he realises that the sufferings of the patient are his own represents the measure of his sympathetic and vital grasp of the true character of the sickness and on that basis more than any other he should figure out the remedy that is similar to his case and help him to a cure.
