I could write volumes upon this subject alone for the success or failure of the troop depends upon a full realisation by the S. M. of the facts stated by the Chief under this heading. [...] In the meantime I would ask you to study carefully the third of the volumes noted at the head of this article with a view to grasping the framework of the Organiztion upon which we build our efforts and enable me next month to continue these discussions in the presumtion that the reader has a full knowledge of the rules which guide our Scouting endeavours. [...] At the termination of the Display His Excellency made a yery happy speech expressing his great satifaction at the big strides the Scouts are making in all parts of Bombay and extolled the work of the members of the Local Association in the cause of Scouting in this part of the country. Gentlemen the potentalities and future of the movement are vast and it only depends upon us to realise them.
