The real aim of Brahamacharya is to stop the untimely awakening of desires and. to the youthful age pacified even in excitement and luxury." The universal brotherhood which was the main tune of teaching of Budha is also the principal source of teaching of Rabindranath. [...] "Have we not the formula of meditation of the God who is the peace the good the ultimate resort of the people of all nations at our home ? Will not the first dawn of the new era reveal the eternal truth in the heart of men with that formula of meditation?" Budha advised his followers not to depend on another's help to be reflected to themselves like lamps and to cling to the truth for ever. [...] In play the knowledge in different subjects is expressed in the synthetic form and the educator's task should be the gradual differentiation of the knoWledge according to the advancement of the age of the child. [...] The Government of the day which is responsible to the Legislature cannot absolve its responsibility for the planning and execu tion of a national policy of education ' well-suited to the needs and aspirations of the people. [...] Resolved that in view of the changed situation in the country and of the difficulties arising therefrom the activities of the A.B.T.
