7 (2) To the same section of the same Act the fQlowing shall be added namely :— Provided that the Local Government may authoise the import of such spirit without the payment of that duty at the port of importation when the spirit is to be delivered into a warehouse appointed by the Local Government in this behalf and the ecise-duty thereon is to be paid on the removal of the spirit fro [...] 4. (1) To section 151 of the same Act the folloing words shall be prefixed namely :— " Notwithstanding anything in the Indian Tariff Act 1882 ". (2) After the same section of the same Act the following shall be added namely :— " Provided that the Local Government may authorise the import of such spirit without the pament of the differential duty at the port of imporation when the spiri [...] (2) The Additional Judge shall discharge such of the functions of the Judge of the Court or Courts as the Judge may assign to him and in the discharge of those functions shall exercise the same powers as the Judge. [...] 31 (Chapter IL—Constitution of Courts of Small Causes.—Sections 13-14.) of the jurisdiction of the Court the jurisdiction of a Judge of a Court of Small Causes for the trial of suits of which the value does not exceed twenty rupees. [...] 33 (Chapter I17.—Practice and Procedure.—Sections 18-19.) shall at the time of presenting his application either deposit in the Court the amount due from him under the decree or in pursuance of the judgment or give security to the satisfaction of the Court for the performance of the decree or compliance with the judgment as the Court may direct.
