The Merchants being treated with about the Cotton Romalls the Hone' : Company the last yeare required and ye : Right Worsprl : the Agent and Councell this yeare recommend to us to provide the full quantity before required if procuable at 20 : pago"s : Corge they have agreed to provide Vs 52A without any abatement of 8 : TO Cent.
