3.) 1 [in the Non-Regulation 'provinces other than Sindh and the areas for the time being comprised within the local limits of the ordinary civil jurisdiction of the Recorder of Rangoon and of the civil jurisdiction of the Court of the Judge of the Town of Moulmain f Commissioner of a Division : in Sindh—the Judicial Commissioner of that province ; in the areas aforesaid—the 3 Recorder of Rango [...] any point in the proceedings previous to the hearing of any suit under this Act by a District Court or at aay subsequent stage of such suit or in the execution of the decree therein or order thereon the Court may either of its own motion or on the application of any of the parties draw up a statement cf the case and refer it with the Court's own opinion thereon to the decision of the High Co [...] (where the number of the Judges of the High Court is three or r pwards) by a Court composed of three such Judges and in case of difference the opinion of the majority shall prevail or (where the number of the Judges of the High Court is two) by a Court composed of such two Judges and in case of diffeence the opini on of the senior Judge shall prevail. [...] Whenever the Court pronounces a decree of dissolution of marriage or judicial separation for adultery of the wife if it is made to appear to the Court that the wife is entitled to any property the Court may if it think fit order such settlement as it thinks reasonable to be made of such property or any part thereof for the benefit of the husband or of the children of the marriage or of both [...] order of the Court at the time of or after the pronouncing of a decree of dissolution of marriage or judicial separation shall be deemed valid notwithstanding the existence of the dis of coverture at the time of the execution thereof.
