Of the 39 Kumars on the Roll at the end of last year 7 left during the year ; of these three had completed the College Collegölka course and passed the Diploma 3 were removed for familfr reasatitNikd 1 joined the Prince of Wales \al Military College at %lira Dun. [...] The frequent changes of personnel of the staff that have occurred during the year have undoubtedly hindered the smooth working of the classes and the sooner the staff can be properly constituted once more the better will the College function. The outdoor activities of the Kumars were carried on with the usual keenness and in spite of the loss of several good players5 The Swimming Bath is always a great boon in the conoluding month of the year ; in spite of the pump needing repaire the Swimming. [...] Kealy C. I. E. I. C. S. Agent to the Governor-General Western India States Agency prsented the prizes in the presence of many of the Princes of the Province and the Officers of the Agency. [...] Finally I have to express my gratitude to the Hon'ble the Agent to the Governor-G-eneral and the Officers of the Political Department for their contant support; the Princes and Chiefs of the Province have steadily maintained their warmhearted interest in the welfare of the College.
