Progress Report of Forest Research Work in India for the Year 1927-28

With the exception of the Convocation Hall and the Central Library and the principal entrance work on the main building was practically finished (luring the year. [...] The tc wing was occupied ha the Forest Economist ::nd the Forest Entomologist in May and ink 1926 respectivly and the ground floor of the west wing will be occupied by the Silvicuturist and the Forest Botanist in Jung 1928. [...] The residences for the Forest Botanist and the Silviculturist were nearly ready at the end of the year and another block of 40 subordinates quarters. [...] A statement showing the names of oficers in charge of the various branches and sections during the year will be found in Appendix I. 4. All Research Officers gave valuable help in the education of the students at the Forest College. 5. In Appendix VI will he found a list of publications of the Forest Research Institute during the year.
