for election of the required number of Sadasyas (members of the Governing Body) to be elected by the members of the Visva-Bharati under clause (iv) Regulation 10 (iii) The number of vacancies together with the names of the retiring members and the panel framed by the Samsad shall be sent to each member of the VisvBharati not later than the 30th day of September in each year.
