In the event of none of the claimants to the estate of a person dying Judge being In intestate beinff able to give the security required by the preceding section appoint administrator and in all cases wherein there may be no person authorised and willing to for care wand take take charge of the landed estate of a person deceased the Judge within whose manage of estate. [...] or the principal part of the estate may lie in the event of its being situated within two or more jurisdictions) is authorized to appoint an adminitrator for the due care and management of such estate until in the former case the suit depending between the several claimants shall have been detemined or in the latter case until the legal heir to the estate or other person entitled to [...] 3 the authority of the same and have abetted and aided the enemy and have committed acts of violence and outrage againgt the lives and properties of the subjects of the said Government ; and whereas it may be expedient that during the existence of any war in which the British Government in India may be engaged with any power whatever as well as during the existence of open rebellion against th [...] liable to the obligations of such allegiance shall be guilty of any of the crimes specified immedte punishiament in the preceding section and who shall be convicted thereof by the sentence of death; of a court-martial during the suspension of the functions of the ordinary Criminal Courts of Judicature and the establishment of the martial-law shall jle liable to the immediate punishment of deat [...] The Collector shall at the same time depute a creditable Native officer to..accompany the troops through his jurisdiction for the purpose of aiding in procuring the necessary supplies and of facilitating the march of the troops.
