In the ease of the successful buildings the following are the actual number of days between the operation and the growth (.1 the bud :— Dote of opera inn. [...] 8. [...] Of these 20 took 4 of the fruits reached the size of a pea and 16 the size of a millet seed. [...] Except for this the effect-of the above-mentioned resting of the plants was not very distinct on account of there being a good deal of water in the sub-soil. [...] The fruits of the later season were the sweeter and were estimated by a professional dealer at the value of 6 anuas per 100 wholesale while the fruits of the first season were estimated as worth only 4 aunts per 100.
