Notices of cancellation of their registration under section 10 (b) of the Act for failure to submit their annual returns in spite of several reminders had to be issued to : (1) the Bombay Girni Kamgar Union Bombay (2) the :Bombay Mill Workers' Union Bombay (3) the Bombay Telephone Company Employees' Union Bombay (4) the Clerks' Union Bombay (5) the Karachi Labour Union Karachi (6) the B [...] In the case of the Bombay Mill Workers' Union the Bombay Telephone Company Employees' Union and the Clerks' Union Bombay however the notices were subsequently rescinded as they submitted the returns before the expiry of the notice period. [...] It will be observed that the Bombay Mill Workers' Union the Karachi Seamen's Union the Karachi Municipal Sweepers' Union the Clerks' Union Bombay the Bombay Lorry Transport Workers' Union and the Hyderabad Secondary Teachers' Union Hyderabad reported increases in their membership while the G.
