Annual Report on the Working of the Indian Trade Unions Act (Act XVI of 1926) for the Bombay Presidency for the year 1937-38

Of these the registrations of the three unions mentioned in paragraph 5 of that report were cancelled while the following eleven unions were registered during the year :- (1) The Bombay Mutton Dealers' Union Bombay ; (2) The Bombay Postmen Union Bombay ; (3) The Bombay Private Motor Drivers' Union Bombay ; (4) The B. B. & C. I. Railwaymen's Union Bombay ; (5) The Government Medical Store Emp [...] The registrations of the first three unions were cancelled while the notice against the fourth was rescinded as the union submitted its return before the expiry of the notice.
