3. The more particular superintendence of the Institution shall be entrusted to a Comittee consisting of the four annual Governors and of one of the ex-officio Governors who shall be appointed at the General Meeting of the38 Governors on the third Monday of April and shall meet at the Institution for the despatch of business on the first Tuesday of each Month. [...]. 3. On toe occasion of the first admission of children into the Institution the right of electing shall be vested in the whole body of the Governors ; but afterwards when a vacancy is occasioned by the death of any of the wards or their departure from the school the right shall be exercised by the Committee of Acting Governors. [...] duty to superintend the dieting department of the Institution ; to inspect the provisions daily furnished by the steward for the use of the boys and certify that he has done so on the back of the steward's dell; diet bill before it is sent to the Secretary ; to keep the dieting accounts to visit thg dining room three or four times in the week at the several meals for the purpose of ascertainin [...] He shall further have the entire charge of the clothes both Of the boys on the foundation and of the boarders shall see them given out to and received back from the Dhoby ball take cap that the furniture and bedings are kept in proper order shall superintend the weighing of all the stores taken from the godownlor the use of the Institution and shall occasionallf inspect all the cooking ut [...] 9 The more minute details of the mode of imparing instruction in both departments of the school such as the division of the boys and girls into clases and the different branches to be taught to each class shall be left to the Principal and Head Mitress subject to the general control of the Acting Governors.
