[...] All the people of Tirah have taken up their position on the top of the mountain (Sannina) ; and at its base from kOhat to the Rud-i-Kurman in the district of Kurram the frontier of the Orakzai runs and the tribesmen have been making jehad from time to time within their respective limits.
