The import and export land trade of the Province of Sind and of British Baluchistan across the British frontier with the outlying foreign territories viz. [...] At Chaman Kila Abdulah Yarn Karez and Gulistan railway stations where the trade with Southern and Western Afghanistan and the regions heyoed takes and leaves the rail. [...] An ideal camel contract wnuld be based on the division of the trade route into two or more sections owl in charge of its own local contraetor himself a camel-owner but the difficulty in the case of the Nushki-Seistan trade route is that the farther section of the road traverses a large tract of what is practically uninhabited country where the camel grazing for many months of the year is scanty [...] Twist and Yarn European and Indian.—There was a decrease in the imports of the former by sea owing to the high level of prices and its place was taken by the Indian mill product.
