Government.—I am directed by His Honour the Lieutenant-Governor to forward with his remarks for the informtion and orders of His Excellency in Council copy of the report of the Conference held at Allahabad for the purposp of devising a system of registering the land trade of all the prvinces of the Bengal Presidency.
