(13) The Commissioner of the Division and the District Officers of the Division will meet on a date to be fixed by the Commissioner of the Division and will consider the names of all the candidates nominated. [...] He should send a copy of the letter to the Collector of the district to which the officer has been tranferred 1 ogether with the copy of the security bond and the Savings Bank pass book immediately on returnof the pass book from the post office. [...] (1) When an officer is transferred whether pemanently or temporarily from one office to another the necessary entry describing the nature and reason of the transfer should be made in his service book in the office from which the officer is transferred and the book after being duly verified to date and attested by the head of that office should be sent by registered post to the head of the [...] (2) The date of commencement of service - in any appointment will be the date from which an officer draws the pay of the appointment and the date of termination the date up to which he drew such pay. [...] an affidavit of the officer concerned and evidence Of his contemporary employees should be taken as occasion arises and attached to the service book or roll with the opinion of the then head of the office as to whether the period in question should be admitted or not.
