A circular has been issued to all Officers of the Department inviting their attention to the remarks made by the Public Health Commissioner with the Government of India in an address delivered by him at Calcutta before the 7th congress of the Far Eastern Assciation of Tropical Medicine regarding the importance of re-vaccination and they have been directed to devote special attention to the subj [...] These people are deaf to all persuasion in spite of the recurrent epidemics of considerable severity which sweep the town constituting a menace to the rest of the District.
