(6) The departmental management of 'on' -depots in the Shahada Nawapur and Nandurbar Talukas and Akrani Mahal of the West Khandesh District and the country liquor 'on' depots in the Feint Mahal of the Nasik District was continued. [...] (13) The opening and closing hours of excise shops remained unchanged except in the case of toddy shops and tree foot booths in the Nawapur Nandurbar and Shahada Talukas of the West Khandesh District in the Peint Mahal of the Nasik District and country liquordepots in the West Khandesh District (including Akrani Mahal) and peint Mahal of the Nasik District for which the closing hour was fixed I [...] The quota of 2 bottles of rectified spirit and 24 bottles of denatured spirit (at the rate of 2 bottles per month) was fixed for the supply to an individual practitioner of indigenous system of medicines subject to the condition that the accumulated stock should not exceed 2 bottles of rectified spirit and 4 bottles of denatured spirit at any one time.
