Such security deposit shall be made by the candidate with the Trustees for the time being of the Association appointed under Rule 4 of Chapter V of these Rules and at the option of the candidate in any one of the following methods :— (i) by purchasing and depositing in the names of the Trustees Government of India securities sufficient at their then market value to cover the amount of the secur [...] (a) The management of the affairs of the Association shall be carried on by a Committee of seven members to be elected by A" members of the Association from among the representatives of the Proprietors Agents Managing Agents or Secretaries of the Jute Mills in the "A" membership of the Association. The register of members books and accounts of the Association shall be open to the inspection of any member of the Association at all reasonable hours at the registered office of the Association or at any place where the same are kept and it shall be the duty of the Secretary to produce the same to any member on request only in so far as they affect the interests of the particular class of m [...] 2. In the event of dissolution the balances standing to the credit of members' security deposit accounts shall subject to the charges created thereon be refunded to them; and the funds representing accumulated subscriptions and interest at the time of the dissolution and after all the debts and outstandings of the Association have been satisfied shall be distributed amongst the members of the [...] The provisions of all the clauses herein [including Clauses 23(a) and (b)] shall be additional to and shall not in any way derogate in any respect from the Rules of the Association and/or the conditions of this Agreement (including specifically the powers of the Committee and the Advisory Board and the provisions for fines and forfeiture of deposits and the general indemnity contained in the Rule
