NOTICE is hereby given that the Fifth Ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company will be held at the Registered Office of the Company at Chittagong on Tuesday the 19.th August 1952 at 11 A. M. for the following purposes :- (1) To receive and adopt the Directors Report and the audited Accounts for the year ended 31st December 1951. [...] We report that we have audited the Balance Sheet of OCTAYIUS STEEL & COMPANY OF PAKISTAN LIMITED as at 31st December 1951 and the Profit and Loss Accotant for the year ended 31st December 1951 and have obtained all the information and explanations we have required. [...] In our opinion such Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Account are drawn up in conformity with the Law and the Balance Sheet exhibits a true and correct view of the state of the Company’s affairs according to the best of out information and the explanations given to us and as shown by the books of the Company.
