He may' delegate the maintenance of the cash account and contingent registers to the Additional Superintendent but shall satiety himself that the latter officer is exercising a careful scrutiny Responsibility of the Superintendent for the general control of the police and the work to be allotted to an Additional Superintendent of Police. [...] (b) The District Magistrate has however no authority to interfere in the internal organisation and discipline of the police forces but it is his duty to bring to the notice of the Superitendent of Police all cases in which the conduct and qualifications of a police officer affect the general administration of a district. [...] (e) Should any difference of opinion on any question relating to the police administration arise between the Superintendent of Police and the District Magistrate it is the duty of the Superitendent of Police *to carry out the Magistrate's instructions and to request the Magistrate to refer the point under dispute for the orders of the Commissioner who will decide all such references in consul [...] details of the working of the department but he should give special attention to-- (1) the general diary and the manner in which pit is written up; (2) the recording of vital statistics; (3) the proper working of the Arms Act; (4) the methods of collecting crop statistics; (5) the working of the rural police; (6) the general state of crime in the police station and any reasons for its increase or [...] A license under section 30 (3) shall specify the routes to be followed by the procession the place where the meeting is to be held and any other conditions necessary for the prservation of the peace and the holder of the license shall be informed that violation of the conditions of the license is punishable under section 32 of the Act.
