3319 dated 6th August 1891.—The Governor General in Council approves the suggestion of the Government of Bengal and in the exercise of the power conferred by section 8 of Act X of 18412 as amended by Act VII of 1891 directs that the certificate of the surveying officer shall in future he in the form attached to this Resolution instead of the form given in the Schedule to the Act. [...] 11 dated the 1st Uctober 1912.—In exercise of the power coferred by section 7 of the Parsi Marriage and Divorce Act 1865 (XV of 1865) the Chief Commissioner is pleased to appoint the Deputy Comissioner of Delhi to be the Registrar of the Province of Delhi for the purposes of the said Act.
