3319 dated 6th August 1891.—The Governor General in Council approves the suggestion of the Government of Bengal and in the exercise of the power conferred by section 8 of Act X of 18412 as amended by Act VII of 1891 directs that the certificate of the surveying officer shall in future he in the form attached to this Resolution instead of the form given in the Schedule to the Act.
