[...] The total number of posts in class I of the Bihar and Orissa Educational Service (excluding the post of Director which is outside the cadre) on the 1st April. 1932 was 42 for men and 4 for women the strength of the cadre remaining unaltered since the creation of the service on the 1st April 1930.
