N. B.—In the case of Barristers practising in England approval by the Council of Legal Education shall be deemed to be approval by the High Court but save in the case of students who may have completed or he in the midst of their studies in the Chambers of such Barristers at the date of the publication of this rule or may have at such date already made arrangements for such studies to commen [...] Rules relating to practice of Supreme Court Advocates on the Original Side of the High Court":—* 1 An Advocate of the Supreme Court intending to practise on the Original Side of this Court without being instructed by an Attorney shall lodge with the Registrar Original Side of this Court a copy of the certificate of his enrolment in the Supreme Court authenticated by the Registrar of that Cour [...] In case the contract or assignment together with the necessary affidavit be not filed within the time specified the same may be filed after the expiration thereof but the service of the clerk shall be reckoned to have been commenced or renewed from the date of the filing of such contract or assignmement unless the Court shall otherwise order. [...] In case the applicant shall show sufficient cause to the satisfaction of the examiners why the requirements of rule 23 cannot be fully complied with it shall be in the power of the examiners upon other sufficient proof being given of the qualification of the candidate under these rules to dispense with any part of such requirements as they may think fit and reasoable. [...] The Registrar shall be the proper officer for receiving and filing all such affidavits and documents as are required to be produced and filed under these rules and shall have the custody and care of the Roll of Attorneys and shall enrol the name of every person who shall be admitted an attorney with the date of his admission and shall also enter in a book to be kept for the purpose the names in
