[...] The Alupas and the Sendrakas It we take the history of the Deccan a few centuries later we find several Naga dynasties like the Alupas 2 the Sendrakas3 and the Sindas.4 The Alupas or Aluvas (kings ?) were one of the feudatories of the Western Chdlukyas some of whose inscritions mention them as such.
