[...] To the 4th Inspector—part of the factories in the Ahmedabad City and the Ahmedabad District and those situated in the Sind Province.4 The post of the whole-time Certifying Surgeon for the Town and Island of Bombay and the district ' of Thana was held by Dr. [...] 1 In the absence of the hoist-man the deceased entered the hoist and while ascending looked out of the hoist-cage and had his head crushed between the Loistfloor and the wall above. [...] Caught between a countershaft and platform. 1 The man's right leg came between one of the countershafts and the wooden platform of the ropalley of the weaving shed and he died of the injuries sustained. [...] Crushed between hoist and floor 1 The deceased leaned out of the hoist when it was ascending and bad his head caught between the floor of the cage and the arch of the entrance to the hoist shaft.
