NOTICE is hereby given that the Third Ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company will be held at the Registered Office of the Company Rashid Buildings Chittagong on Monday the 17th July 1950 at 1'2 o'clock noon for the following purposes : (1) To receive and pass the Directors' Report and the audited Accounts for the year ended 31st December 1949. [...] The Directors submit the Balance Sheet of the Company as at 31st December 1949 together with the Profit and Loss Account for the year ended 31st December 1949. [...] 779 brought forward from the previous year and the total of Rs. [...] We report that we have audited the Balance Sheet of OCT A VIUS STEEL & COMPANY OF PAKISTAN LIMITED as at 31st December 1949 and the Profit and Loss Account for the year ended 31st December 1949 and have obtained all the information and explanations we have required. [...] In our opinion such Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Account are drawn up ill conformity with the law and the Balance Sheet exhibits a true and correct view of the state of the Company's affairs according to the best of our informtion and the explanations given to us and as shown by the books of the Company.
