(3) Any person in respect of whom any disqualification order has been made may at any time after the expiry of six months from the date of the order apply to the Court or other authority by which the order was made to remove the disqualification ; and the Court or authority as the case may be may having regard to all the circumstances of the case and the conduct of the person disqualified su[...] (2) The registering authority shall if it is the authority in whose records the registration of the vehicle is recorded cancel the registration and the certificate of registration or if it is not shall forward the report and the certificate of registration to the registering authority in whose records the registration of the vehicle is recorded and that authority shall cancel the registratio [...] (4) A registering authority cancelling the registration of a motor vehicle under sub-section (3) of section 33 or under sub-section (3) of this section shall communicate the fact in writing to the owner of the vehicle and the owner of the vehicle shall forthwith surrender to that authority the certficate of registration of the vehicle and any token or card issued to authorise the use of the veh [...] (5) If the registering authority referred to in sub-section (4) is not the authority in whose records the registration of the vehicle is recorded it shall forward the certificate of rgistration of the vehicle and a copy of the order of cancelltion to the registering authority in whose records the registrtion of the vehicle is recorded.
