National Company Limited. Report and Accounts for Half-Year Ended 30th April 1941

WE report that we have audited the Balance Sheet of the NATIONAL COMPANY LIMITED dated 30th April 1941 and above set forth and the annexed Profit and Loss Account for the half-year ended 30th April 1941 with the books and accounts as kept in Calcutta in which are incorporated the certified returns from the mills and have obtained all the information and explanations we have required. [...] In our opinion such Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Account are drawn up in conformity with the law and the Balance Sheet exhibits a true and correct view of the state of the Company's affairs according to the best of our information and the explanations given to us and as shown by the books of the Company.
